Lyudmila Ilieva is 48 years old, married and the mother of two children. Her daughter holds a master's degree in "European Studies with specialization in International Relations" from the University of Maastricht, and her son is a student at the American College in Veliko Tarnovo.

From 2001 to 2022, he worked as a lawyer. From January 2022 to August of the same year, she was appointed Regional Governor of Veliko Tarnovo Region.

Since 2011, he has been the chairman of the DSB in Gorna Oryahovitsa, and since 2016 he has been part of the party's national leadership. In 2022, she was elected vice-chairman of Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria.

Member of Parliament in the 48th, 49th and 50th National Assembly. Member of the Legal Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Internal Security and Public Order.
